Dr. James Devine
Dr. Devine has been practicing endodontics since 1990. Following his
graduation for his DMD from the University of Connecticut School of
Dental Medicine,
Dr. Devine went on to complete his endodontic residency at the
University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. While a resident,
Dr. Devine published research on the Biocompatibility of Endodontic
Materials. Following completion of his endodontic residency, Dr. Devine
held the position of clinical instructor in Endodontics at the
University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine.
In 1990 Dr. Devine opened his own private practice in Rhode Island where
he enjoyed treating patients for over thirty years. During this time he
served as a Delegate to the Rhode Island Dental Association and was past
president of the Woonsocket District Dental Association. He was also
voted Top Endodontist by Rhode Island Monthly Magazine every year since
2011.
When he is not treating patients, Dr. Devine enjoys spending time with
his wife of thirty years and their two adult children and their
families. They also enjoy weekend trips to the shoreline, long walks
with their dogs and gardening.
